Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
An order may be cancelled from the time it is placed and up until the product is shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact me as soon as possible at havivase@gmail.com.
If the cancellation request is received before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Once the product has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to the Returns Policy.
Returns – Change of Mind
Returns due to change of mind or personal taste are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:
* The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging
* Proof of purchase is provided
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product price only (excluding original and return shipping costs).
If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, the return may be declined.
Returns – Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, including a description and photos of the issue.
In cases of confirmed damage, defect, or incorrect item:
* Return shipping costs will be covered
* A replacement of the same item will be offered where available, or a refund will be issued if replacement is not possible
If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, a full refund will be provided.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available in cases of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Exchanges due to change of mind are not supported.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.

Product Warranty
All products sold on this website are handmade artworks.
I take full responsibility for delivering items that are free from defects and match the description on the website.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue.
In such cases, a replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with this policy.
Due to the handmade nature of the products:
* Minor variations in color, texture, or print quality are considered part of the artwork and do not constitute a defect
* Natural wear over time or damage caused by improper handling, display, or storage is not covered under warranty
This warranty does not apply to damage caused after delivery or to normal aging of materials.
Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:
* Sale items (except in cases of damage or defect)
* Gift cards
* Custom or made-to-order items
