This website and online store (the “Site”) are operated by Haviva Seligson (“I”, “me”, “my”). I am based in Israel and offer handmade artworks for sale worldwide.

My store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables me to sell my products and services (the “Services”).

By accessing the Site, browsing, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as my Privacy Policy and Cancellation, Returns & Product Warranty Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Products – Handmade Artworks

All products offered on this Site are handmade artworks.
I make every effort to present products accurately, including descriptions, measurements, and photographs.

Please note:

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

• Minor variations in color, texture, or print quality are a natural part of handmade work and do not constitute a defect

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
An order is considered accepted only after payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.

I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order in good faith, including due to availability issues, suspected fraud, or shipping limitations.
If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued.

5. Pricing, Payment, Taxes and Customs

All prices are displayed on the Site and may change without notice.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, or import taxes.

International orders:
If you are ordering from outside Israel, you are responsible for any customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by me.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Israel to destinations worldwide.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond my control.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact me in accordance with my Cancellation, Returns & Product Warranty Policy.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

All cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, and product responsibility matters are governed exclusively by my Cancellation, Returns & Product Warranty Policy.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

8. Product Warranty

I take responsibility for delivering products that are free from defects and that match their description.
Due to the handmade nature of the products, minor variations are expected and are not considered defects.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including artworks, images, text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Haviva Seligson and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a physical artwork does not grant any rights to reproduce, copy, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without my prior written consent.

I am not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of such services is at your own risk.

11. User Content and Feedback
